Mitsubishi provides complete support services for most products from the 1975 model year forward. In the event of product obsolescence, updated substitute products are available. At our Vernon Hills, Illinois Technical Support Center and our strategically located regional offices, we offer a comprehensive problem-resolution system that encompasses telephone-based technical service and support, field service and support, an extensive parts distribution center, comprehensive training programs and an advanced product repair center. All services and programs are coordinated with a single goal in mind: To minimize downtime and work disruptions through prompt, accurate and thorough solutions to customer problems.
